Are You Wearing The Same Size After 20 Years?

I have only worked for 8 days, but I notice that I have lost some weight. Imagine how much weight I have shed after one month or two months’ working! Wuahaha! ;-)

It’s my hope that I can slowly turn from wearing plus size lingerie and clothing to wearing normal size of L/M.

You know, I used to wear size M when I was young. Blek, how can I compare now to 20 years ago?

Are you wearing the same clothes size after 20 years? If so, I envy you.

Do Exercise On Elliptical To Slim Down

It is very obvious that I have put up so much weight. Hubby has given out warning that I should start doing exercise again, especially after we move to Lenggong next month.

I am supposed to have more time at the new place, so no more excuses. Well, time to do workout on my elliptical which has been stored in the store room for some time.

I used the elliptical very often when my weight hit 60 kg more than 2 years ago. After I slimmed down to 50 kg, I gave myself a very good excuse not to do exercise. See, I have almost gone back to 60 kg now.

Going For A Walk To Speed Up Weight Loss?

SleepI know I have put on some weight these few days and thus I am in need of a diet pill every day to help rid of the excess weight.

Hubby advises me to go for a walk to speed up losing weight. Going for a walk? No way! I am still very exhausted.

I was soooo dead tired after accompanying my family members all the time during their 3-day-2-night stay in the small village.

You know, shortly after they left the village, I took a quick shower and hit the sack.

I slept the whole afternoon, woke up for a cup of tea and some biscuits in the evening and then went back to sleep again.

I am still very tired now.
