Does Your Hubby Love Shopping?

Hubby just came back from his shopping spree. This husband of mine really likes shopping. :-)

Whenever he keeps mentioning he feels like going to the nearby mall/supermarket for a while, I know he is up to something. There must be something that he wants to buy. Bingo!

What has he bought? A pair of short pants and some fruits.

Does your hubby love shopping?

Wow, A Bit Shopping!

Just came back from dinner and a bit shopping. Well, not really a bit. It’s a bit more.

I regretted asking hubby to go to the nearby supermarket for grocery shopping after dinner. I should do it when he is at work.

There went my $50 for packets and boxes of biscuits! Can you imagine spending $50 on biscuits only? Hubby said it’s fine to stock up since he just got his pay.

Honestly, I would have bought half the things he bought, that’s less than $20. Ya, I am comfortable with spending less than $20 on each trip to the store.

Guess that hubby has to buy his hemorrhoids treatment cream next time when my pay arrives.

It’s A Public Holiday Tomorrow!

Urgh, another hot day! It’s so hot that I had to buy a big packet of iced tea to quench my thirst and heat in the body.

If hubby comes back early this afternoon, I will suggest going to the nearby shopping mall for a few hours. Besides buying a few discounted spa covers, we can avoid the heat in the house.

I think hubby will love my idea since it’s a public holiday tomorrow.

You know, this hubby of mine loves shopping very much. He can walk for hours until his legs are almost broken. He can also window shop for hours without buying anything. ;-)

Simple Savvy Shopping Tips

When it comes to shopping, hubby is more expert than me. He is quite a savvy shopper because he can get the most for our money. Sometimes that means paying full price for something that is just right.

Other times it is searching for sales or bargains, especially for clothing, aprons or accessories.

And sometimes it means receiving offers for furniture and accessories at discount furniture prices through a furniture catalog. Specials and discounts do help save some bucks here and some bucks there.

It also means getting creative by shopping in non-traditional places such as used furniture stores, consignment stores, flea markets, antique shows, country fairs, and auctions.
