I am back here as planned.

Right after breakfast, hubby said he wanted to be back here. I was so happy that he would rather come back to the rented flat.

Woohoo, back to my home office! Start searching for the best natural sleeping pills for my health blog.

Thank God too because I didn’t have to take a bus home. Our initial plan was that I would be home by bus while hubby would stay one more night at the old place as he would like to have gatherings with his old friends.

You’ve got to believe me! Friends and family members around me are busy finding and buying weight loss pills to lose the weight piled over during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Fortunately I don’t need any diet pills for the time being. Cleaning and scrubbing the toilet and bathroom tiles of the rented flat is enough to help me shed some weight.

Besides, I have been eating home-cooked meals that are not only healthy, but also non-oily.

Moving to the rented flat is definitely a wise decision! Since moving here, I have been cooking most of the meals at home.

I must say that it’s so much cheaper to cook at home than eating out. I never knew that cooking home-cooked meals can save so much money.

I think I can cut down the food and meal expenses by half if I make use of the best home budget software properly.

Imagine saving the rest of the food and meal money into my own personal saving account! Wuahaha! :-)

Lose WeightAfter about a week living in this rented flat, hubby and I have lost a bit of weight.

The main reason is that it’s inconvenient to go to the food stalls or restaurants. As the stalls and restaurants are a bit far away, we don’t feel like going out.

To solve the meal problem, we eat whatever food we can find at home for breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I cook very simple meal. Rice and vegetable soup or rice and vegetable dish.

Now I really have to log off and do marketing at the nearby market. Yes, I walk there! Thank God I have a pair of comfortable mbt shoes.

No Need Any Fitness Equipment To Lose Weight January 6, 2010

With so much walking these days, I don’t think I need my fitness equipment to help me lose weight.

Since moving into the rented flat a few days ago, I have been walking to the market and nearby stores more than 10 times! Tired, but feeling happy as well.

Happy that hubby can finally have more sleep and come home to take a shower before continuing his work in the school in the afternoons.

I am also happy that I can start cooking healthy home-cooked meals again, thanks to a small kitchen available in this flat.
