Since working in the school, I have been losing weight quite steadily. From wearing XL clothes to L sized clothes. I remember there was once I had to wear jeans of size 34!

I opt for losing weight and getting rid of my fat belly slowly. I don’t know about other working moms, but taking one step at a time to lose weight works better for me. This way I don’t give myself too much pressure.
According to most nutrition experts, a safe and healthy weight loss is losing between 1-2 pounds per week. While this may not seem like much, it is very realistic and achievable goal for me. So if I have 20 lbs. that I like to lose, I am prepared to give myself a minimum of 10 weeks to lose that much weight.
I know perfectly well that trying to lose weight too fast will just be setting myself up for disappointment. Trust me, it has happened so many times. Why use the same old way of losing weight or same old weight loss tip if it doesn’t make me lose any weight?
