Have you tried bouncing on trampolines before? I read that it’s great for losing weight.
Bouncing on trampolines or rebound exerciser works to stimulate your metabolism and flush out the toxins from your body, thus helping you lose weight quickly.
Guess what? A 10-15 minute workout a day on the trampoline is all you need to do. Simple, isn’t it?

I know I have put on some weight these few days and thus I am in need of a diet pill every day to help rid of the excess weight.
Hubby advises me to go for a walk to speed up losing weight. Going for a walk? No way! I am still very exhausted.
I was soooo dead tired after accompanying my family members all the time during their 3-day-2-night stay in the small village.
You know, shortly after they left the village, I took a quick shower and hit the sack.
I slept the whole afternoon, woke up for a cup of tea and some biscuits in the evening and then went back to sleep again.
I am still very tired now.

Hubby says if I really want to lose weight, mopping the wood flooring with a piece of cloth for half an hour is enough to burn lots of calories.
He doesn’t like me to lose weight with diet pills at all. He prefers me to opt for natural weight loss ways like doing exercise or cutting down on meals.
I don’t mind doing exercise or cutting down on meal to shed pounds and inches, But losing weight through mopping the floor or doing other household chores? Argh…
I hate housework!

I used to hate drinking 8 glasses of water every day. I guess it’s because the water is tasteless.
But now I love drinking plain water. The reason is simple. Water eliminates toxins from my body and thus speeds up my weight loss. After knowing the importance of water in helping me lose weight, I am more than willing to drink 8 glasses of water.
A word of caution, though. Don’t drink too much water in 1 sitting. It’s much better to just sip water throughout the day. Just get a 1 gallon jug or a water bottle and get sipping.
If you work requires you to be in front of fire pits, you need more than 8 glasses of water.

It’s shocking to read that Americans spend approximately $50 BILLION per year on weight loss diet and weight loss products! With endless free weight loss tip updates, fat loss programs and supplements available in the market than ever before, it is baffling as to why 60% of the population is still fat or overweight?
It boils down to the fact that people are eating too much and not exercising enough. To let yourself keep on being obese, you face the risk of having other illnesses or diseases such as hypertension and stroke that can make situations even worse.
You need to find out what makes you fat. Like me, I am overweight not because of genetics, or because I am “big boned”, or because of hormone imbalances. I am fat because of my unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise.
Eating hamburgers, French fries, pizza, hot dogs, swiss rolls, and mocha cakes while watching TV or managing my multiple niche blogs is no doubt one of my bad eating habits.
I am not a big fan of demanding exercise regimes. As changing eating habits is easier for me if compared to doing heavy workouts, I am changing my eating habit slowly by following free weight loss tips available online.
I opt for losing weight and getting rid of my fat belly slowly. I don’t know about other working moms, but taking one step at a time to lose weight works better for me. This way I don’t give myself too much pressure.
According to most nutrition experts, a safe and healthy weight loss is losing between 1-2 pounds per week. While this may not seem like much, it is very realistic and achievable goal for me. So if I have 20 lbs. that I like to lose, I am prepared to give myself a minimum of 10 weeks to lose that much weight.
I know perfectly well that trying to lose weight too fast will just be setting myself up for disappointment. Trust me, it has happened so many times. Why use the same old way of losing weight or same old weight loss tip if it doesn’t make me lose any weight?

I have a subscription to a few magazines about women’s health and fitness, but Magazine Subscriptions: Women’s Health [1-Year] [Magazine Subscription] [Print] is by far the best.
This magazine is about more than losing weight, it’s about getting healthy! It gives a lot of good tips.
Women’s Health has more articles than other magazines and doesn’t waste half of the magazine talking about fashion, beauty, etc. I do enjoy these articles but I don’t buy the magazine for them! I buy it for WOMEN’S HEALTH!
