Know The Benefits Of Foot Reflexology July 18, 2008

What's new at SkinStore.com

I am more health-conscious these days. I have even started doing workout and foot reflexology. Both are free. I am a certified foot reflexologist though I no longer do foot treatment to others.

Each day after I check out special offers at SkinStore.com, I will do foot reflexology treatment for about 20 minutes.

Foot reflexology helps eliminate toxins from your body and boost your immune system. Being able to get rid of toxins and harmful substances from you body consistently decreases you chances of getting acne, rashes or sensitive skin.

Trust me, you will find yourself needing less Proactiv acne cream after some foot reflexology treatments.

Unbuttered Popcorn Is Healthy Snack November 7, 2007

Though hubby and I are very health-conscious, we can’t resist the temptation of popcorn.

Whenever we go for a movie, we can’t keep our eyes off the popcorn machine and then we will queue up and get ours.

I bet if there is a popcorn machine available at the grocery store, my hubby and I will have popcorn for lunch instead.

Popcorn is a wholesome food which aids digestion by providing necessary roughage.

Health and medical groups regard popcorn as an excellent mealtime complement: it’s sugar-free, fat-free, and low in calories.

Popcorn is also a very economical grain so it’s an inexpensive way to add fiber to your diet. It is a good source of carbohydrate energy and fiber.

Low in both calories and fat, popcorn is literally “light” – one gallon of unbuttered popcorn weighs only 3 1/2 ounces – carrying a mere 390 calories. Why ? Popped popcorn is mostly air and has no artificial colors, preservatives or sugars to weigh it down.

But because it’s high in carbohydrates, protein and other nutrients, popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks around.
