Get Rid Of Bad Breath With Dr. Tungs Tongue Scraper June 23, 2008

Dr. Tungs Tongue ScraperI used to be a big coffee drinker (about 2-3 cups daily) and plaque started to build up on my tongue and caused me to have bad breath.

The bad breath embarrassed me very much whenever I saw my students cover their noses.

I was introduced to using chlorophyll to get rid of my bad breath but I never got the chance to try it out.

Incidentally, I had been using mouthwash and my doctor mentioned that mouthwash can actually make the problem worse. The best defense is to drink a lot of water, brush your teeth frequently, and use a Tongue Scraper.

I bought this tongue scraper when I was shopping for some office supplies. This tongue scraper is great at removing all of that so I can feel good about my breath.

This Dr. Tungs Tongue Scraper definitely works. If I haven’t used it for a few days, I start to notice the gross taste again.

I just started this blog in April after ShowMeMoneyBiz had shown some stability.

ShowMeMoneyBiz has recently hit PR3 which is kind of relief for me as I have been longing for this.

My new blog is related to health matters. Yes, staying healthy has been my priority and responsibility if I want to settle my credit card debts.

Naturally, I will drop by at blogs which are of the same category. One of them is Doris Chua’s Life, Passion, Travel And More.

I like reading her posts under Health category. Her Natural MouthWash and You Don’t Like Raw Salads ? caught my sight as I went over today.

I have been a mouthwash user for a few years as I am a Language Tutor. Yeah..you should know that bad breath is intolerable, right ? So to stay fresh all the time, I must use mouthwash. However, I am quite concerned about the side effect as it is chemically made. I am glad that Doris suggested an alternative that is chlorophyll. I will definitely give it a try as it is very easy to get chlorophyll in Malaysia.

What about raw salads ?? My favorite…;D Any salads will do, but with shrimps, please !
Lots of shrimps…yummy..

As I am also a PayPerPost postie, I like picking up some writing tips from experienced PPP posties like Doris. You guys’ writing skill is simply awesome ! You can deliver a paid post in such a way that I sometimes do not realize it is a paid post. You have blended your life experience in the post so well that it just makes me keep on reading.

I am actually thinking of having a header for ShowMeMoneyBiz and ShowMeHealthBiz respectively, here I found it under Home Office Women. Thanks for the recommendation. I will head to Randa there.

Doris is a prolific blogger as she has four more blogs - Home Office Women, Organic And Natural Health, My Shopping Blog and Our NZ Travel Site.
