Hate HouseworkHubby says if I really want to lose weight, mopping the wood flooring with a piece of cloth for half an hour is enough to burn lots of calories.

He doesn’t like me to lose weight with diet pills at all. He prefers me to opt for natural weight loss ways like doing exercise or cutting down on meals.

I don’t mind doing exercise or cutting down on meal to shed pounds and inches, But losing weight through mopping the floor or doing other household chores? Argh…

I hate housework!

It’s perfectly normal to have bad mood once in a while. Like yesterday morning, I was totally not in the mood to blog or write assignments. Fortunately, hubby reminded me a few mood boosters that I used to practice when I was in bad mood. How forgetful !

Go for a Walk. Not only is walking a great mood-booster, but walking can burn calories and reduce body fat.

30-minute walks are effective at reducing tension, anxiety, and mood disturbances and increasing energy and vigor.

Go to Bed Early. If late nights are a regular way of life for you, it may be affecting your mood and outlook on life. Getting less sleep than you need can increase anxiety, tension, and sadness.

Lack of sleep reduces emotional and physical well-being, reduces optimism, and even contributes to the onset and worsening of physical pain.

Listen to Music. Music has a powerful effect on mood. It activates areas of the brain involved in the feeling of happiness. It can lower blood pressure, heart rate, stress hormone levels, and may even improve cognitive abilities.
