So if I have 20 lbs. that I like to lose, I am prepared to give myself a minimum of 10 weeks to lose that much weight.

I know perfectly well that trying to lose weight too fast will just be setting myself up for disappointment. Trust me, it has happened so many times. Why use the same old way of losing weight or same old weight loss tip if it doesn’t make me lose any weight?
