Fried rice and french fries. Oh, so unhealthy food, right? Guess that I must do a bit of workout after this so as not to let any fat or toxins accumulated in my body.
You know, the more weight loss success stories I read, the more I understand that it’s vital to do exercise/workout to speed up the metabolism so that more fat is burnt.
I ate so oily and fatty food just now, so I had better increase my metabolism to burn the excessive fat.

Though I sit at my computer desk the whole day, I try to eat as many foods that burn fat as possible.
If I don’t control my food intake, I know sooner or later I will be as fat as Kirstie Alley.
I read that she’s going to lose weight again. People are gonne see her lose in her show called Kirstie Alley’s Big Life.
Hopefully she can figure out a way to lose the weight once and for all.

Fortunately I don’t need any diet pills for the time being. Cleaning and scrubbing the toilet and bathroom tiles of the rented flat is enough to help me shed some weight.
Besides, I have been eating home-cooked meals that are not only healthy, but also non-oily.

After about a week living in this rented flat, hubby and I have lost a bit of weight.
The main reason is that it’s inconvenient to go to the food stalls or restaurants. As the stalls and restaurants are a bit far away, we don’t feel like going out.
To solve the meal problem, we eat whatever food we can find at home for breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I cook very simple meal. Rice and vegetable soup or rice and vegetable dish.
Now I really have to log off and do marketing at the nearby market. Yes, I walk there! Thank God I have a pair of comfortable mbt shoes.

So, have you gained weight during Thanksgiving holiday weekend? Well, I haven’t put on any weight.

Holiday shopping season has begun, so has your weight. Have you prepared yourself with appetite suppressants to help reduce weight gain during the holiday season?
I, for one, can’t resist the yummy dishes on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. So to make sure that I don’t gain excessive weight, I have to exercise a bit, drink more apple cider juice and if necessary, pop a diet pill.
I am sure you’ll agree that it is easy to gain weight, but it takes time and efforts to lose the pounds and inches.
