According to feng shui, your health will suffer if the toilet or bathroom is in the health sector.
Well, I don’t think so. Why is he the only one who suffers from bad health? Why is my health better his?
So, he shouldn’t blame the location of the bathroom. Instead, he should do more exercise and take more supplements, especially milk thistles to protect his liver and probiotics to protect his intestines.
Perhaps letting him enjoy one-month stay at the Outer Banks vacation rental and having body massage and foot reflexology every single day will improve his health??
I do believe that body massage and foot reflexology will improve his health even if he doesn’t have go on any vacation.

I am relieved that hubby has fully recovered from his sickness and is back to school today.
He is his usual self again, full of energy and noise.
To avoid hubby from getting sick easily, I have already ordered a few more bottles of multivitamins to increase his immune system and milk thistle supplements to protect his liver with coupons.
Hubby’s liver function has always been not so good, so he needs milk thistles to help detox the toxins from his liver and rejuvenate liver cells.
In case you are thinking of buying supplements too, use Vita Springs coupon codes to save money.
Coupon Code HFS79 is for orders over $79.

What an ironic! Just as I thought my immune system was stronger, I am now down with a fever.
It’s a slight fever that I don’t feel tired or sickly at all. I can even help hubby pack and unpack his truck accessories.
Perhaps I should just forget that I am sick. Instead, keep telling myself that I am healthy.
And if possible, take more vitamins and drink more water.
Talking about water, it reminds me of drinking coconut water to bring down the body temperature. How could I have forgotten about this?
If you have a fever, try drinking coconut juice that works to bring down the fever. Of course, without sugar and ice, please.

Tomatoes are not bad for you. In fact they are very good for you. Tomatoes contain vitamins and minerals plus they are an excellent source of lycopene and beta carotene.
Lycopene is a phytochemical carotenoid found in the red pigment of tomatoes, which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Tomatoes belong to the Nightshade family of vegetables, which also includes potatoes and egg plant. These vegetables contain solanine, a chemical thought to aggravate rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in some people.

The world’s number one fruit is, believe it or not, not apple or banana. It’s the mango ! The sweet, soft and juicy flesh of mango contains a high level of beta-carotene and vitamin C.
When choosing a ripe mango, the flesh should be firm, but give in a little to pressure. They are good for smoothies, frozen treats and fruit salads.
My hubby loves to eat mangoes and he is good at picking sweet mangoes.
