People tend to get a fright whenever they bump into my blog post related to the worst sleeping event. They are not scared by the stories there, but a creepy picture that I put up there.
I myself have also been frightened a few times.
Hubby has advised me to delete the blog post or remove the creepy picture, but I love to keep it. I told him to take off his eyeglasses if he didn’t want to accidentally bump into that scary picture.

According to survey, too many of us are getting too little sleep, and suffering significant consequences — to the point of being less productive, more stressed, and even dangerous on the road!
Memory foam pillows and memory foam mattresses are sleeping aids that can help you start getting the quality sleep you need in a natural way and improve your sleep quality and improve your life!
What is “memory foam”, you may ask? It’s a new material for sleep aids, and it uses a technology developed by NASA to conform to your head and neck to give great support and keep your spine in better alignment.
A big plus for memory foam mattress is that it is also allergen resistant. So, you won’t be inhaling those dust mites all night!
Some of us use the same pillow for years and don’t realize how flat it’s getting until one night we realize that it’s really not offering the type of support we need and hasn’t in a while.
Because it’s a good idea to replace your pillow every year or two anyway, why not replace it with a new memory foam pillow? With this natural sleep aid, you’ll be treating yourself right and getting a more comfortable night’s sleep.

You are going to read some of my buddies and my creepy and funny sleeping incidents. From nightmares,
1. Eeeeeeeccckkkkk !!!
” I was travelling with my sister to Singapore from Penang by bus one night. we had no choice but to take seats at the end of the bus. The 10-hour journey was real bumpy ride. I couldn’t sleep well at all. The seats could not be lowered down. Plus, small cockroaches were roaming around us. Needless to say, I had deep dark rings around my eyes the next morning that would be my first and last ride ever ! ”
2. Overslept
“Being so tired after camping, I slept through the day as soon as I reached my bed. When I woke up,the clock on the desk showed “7:00″. Immediately, I jumped off the bed, hastily put on my school uniform.
‘Oh no!Why didn’t Mom wake me up? I’ll be late for school!’
Then, my Mom woke in with a surprised look on her face. ‘What are you doing, Sara ?’ she said. ‘It’s only seven o’clock in the evening!’”
3. Goosebumps
“Once I was sound asleep, and I suddenly awoke because I felt very cold. I also felt something heavy pressing on my body. I tried to scream for help but no sound came out. I was aware of what was happening and tried to reach for my talisman, which I carry with me for protection. Then, I heard my husband saying something and the heaviness that I felt was gone.”
Get Enough Sleep To Reduce Stress February 21, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Sleep , add a commentMy hubby has to make sleep a priority: make a commitment to get enough sleep at night. If he hasn’t got adequate sleep, he may be less productive, less mentally sharp, and otherwise more prone to the effects of stress.
Besides carving out a full eight hours, he also avoids caffeine after 2pm, and adopts a calming technique such as meditation, and let his body restore itself each night.
Time To Get A New Mattress & Throw Out Your Worn Mattress December 30, 2007
Posted by Health Mama in : Sleep , add a commentThere is a connection between your worn mattress and low-back pain. Comfort is what begins to sag after five to seven years.
A worn mattress is like an old running shoe. It loses its support and its comfort.
It also fails the all-important neutrality test. According to expert chiropractors, if your mattress allows your spine to curve up or down, that’s not healthy for blood circulation or for resting your muscles.

4 Make-Up Tips After A Hot Blowout ! June 17, 2007
Posted by Health Mama in : Love & Marriage, Sleep , add a comment
Whenever my husband and my constant bickering erupts into a hot blowout,he will flee for a few hours, a day the longest so far. Of course, he will return - he always does - …;D but how do I react when he comes back ? Share with you my make-up tips here…;D
Make-Up Tip 1 - Apologise for what you did in the fight. If you said or did anything hurtful in the heat of the argument, you need to apologise.I mean you apologise SINCERELY. This doesn’t mean the whole thing is your fault - you’re just acknowledging something you did wrong. You have made the first move, he will probably listen to what you have to say.
Make-Up Tip 2 - Make a kind and friendly gesture. You’ve been going at it for a while, so you need to break the hostile atmosphere. You might ask him if he wants a cup of coffee or fix him a sandwich.Such gestures take the edge off the intensity of the anger and help each of you reconnect to the non-fighting person you’re in love with.
Make-Up Tip 3 - Don’t go to bed if you both are angry. No matter what happens, you both need to come to some agreement before bedtime. And that doesn’t necessarily mean a full resolution complete with make-up lovemaking.” Say, ‘I know we’ll work this out,but let’s look at it with a fresh eye tomorrow.” Then, give your guy a hug and a kiss. This way, the fight doesn’t go on and on. Otherwise, the bad feelings are still there the next morning and it’s even harder to make up.
Make-Up tip 4 - Call a truce. If the reason for the fight is a big issue, for example whether one of you should accept a job offer that means moving cross-country- agree to think about it later.Such major decisions could make tete-a-tetes, and you don’t want to war all the while the issue is being weighed.
