Complete The Insurance Search By Tonight August 31, 2010

While waiting for my turn to pay at the counter just now, I sent hubby a text message informing him of the mega sale in the shopping mall. He was surprised to hear there’s 70% off sale available there.

Being a hardcore fan of that shopping mall, it’s weird that hubby doesn’t know of the mega sale at all. Well, maybe it’s because there are always sales there. Yup, there are always sales there! :-)

Now that I am done with buying new shoes and clothes for my new job, I can focus on my online work again. I must complete the search for some fast term life insurance quotes by tonight because I start working tomorrow!

Although term life insurance is the simplest and most inexpensive form of life insurance, I still want to look for the best quote.

Woohoo, No More Auto Loan Installment! August 3, 2010

Remember I told you I wished hubby would agree to sell the car of ours? You know, it’s finally sold!

We owed it to our friend who introduced a ready buyer to us. His client had been looking for a used Toyota Camry and coincidentally hubby had mentioned of selling our car, so he made an arrangement for his friend to view our car.

The deal was sealed the next day. This friend of us even helped us compare car insurance quotes at www.carinsurancelist.com as he knows more about the rates of different types of cars as well as the qualification for car insurance discounts than we do.

Phew, no more auto loan installment payment starting next month!

Sell The Car, Please! July 23, 2010

It’s now totally up to hubby whether he wants to trade in our 2.2 cc car for a smaller 1.5 cc one. As I see many advantages, I strongly agree with selling our car.

First, there is no more auto loan payment from next month onwards. If we don’t sell our car, there are still 12 monthly payment amounting to more than $11,000 that needs to be paid.

Next, cheaper road tax renewal fee. The road tax for our car is about $600 a year while the smaller car costs $90 only per year.

As the smaller car is less than $8,000, it’s for sure that we get to enjoy very cheap auto insurance premium.

I am actually praying that hubby sees the advantages and agrees to sell it since there is a buyer. Well, there are a few buyers!

Foot Reflexology March 6, 2010

I am glad that my elder brother-in-law has started earning money from doing foot reflexology after completing a short course.

It’s a relief to my elder sister because she doesn’t have to consider taking up another job to pay all the bills and payments anymore.

Being a foot reflexologist doesn’t mean that my elder-in-law has stopped his insurance work. He still serves his existing clients, accepts life insurance applications and attends insurance-related courses.

Ya, it’s wise to have multiple income sources in this bad economy.

Change The Beneficiaries Of The Life Insurance Policy! December 28, 2009

Sigh! Hubby and I were the ones who picked up my brother-in-law from the hospital on Christmas!

At first, we thought that he would be able to be discharged on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, the doctor-in-charge insisted that my brother-in-law should stay one more night.

As a result, hubby and I had to stay one more night at the inn nearby the hospital.

I think my brother-in-law will think twice now whether putting his sons to be beneficiaries for his life insurance policy is right!

You know, being sick and hospitalized will make you see who is really by your side when you are in need of help.

Unable To Do The Car Insurance Renewal For Hubby November 18, 2009

Hubby and his colleagues are already in holiday mood now although there are 2 days left before the school holiday starts.

On Monday, all the teachers and staff were given a treat by the school authorities at a restaurant. Today, there is a lunch treat organized by the parents and students.

Hubby is worried that he may be late for the lunch as he has to go to a nearby bank to help his friend renew his car insurance and deposit the premium.

Too bad that I can’t help him do the auto insurance renewal. I have lots of assignments to complete today. :-)
