Body Massage & Foot Reflexology Help Improve Your Health November 10, 2009

Hubby has been blaming the location of the bathroom for his bad health. According to feng shui, your health will suffer if the toilet or bathroom is in the health sector.

Well, I don’t think so. Why is he the only one who suffers from bad health? Why is my health better his?

So, he shouldn’t blame the location of the bathroom. Instead, he should do more exercise and take more supplements, especially milk thistles to protect his liver and probiotics to protect his intestines.

Perhaps letting him enjoy one-month stay at the Outer Banks vacation rental and having body massage and foot reflexology every single day will improve his health??

I do believe that body massage and foot reflexology will improve his health even if he doesn’t have go on any vacation.

Coconut JuiceWhat an ironic! Just as I thought my immune system was stronger, I am now down with a fever. :-(

It’s a slight fever that I don’t feel tired or sickly at all. I can even help hubby pack and unpack his truck accessories.

Perhaps I should just forget that I am sick. Instead, keep telling myself that I am healthy.

And if possible, take more vitamins and drink more water.

Talking about water, it reminds me of drinking coconut water to bring down the body temperature. How could I have forgotten about this?

If you have a fever, try drinking coconut juice that works to bring down the fever. Of course, without sugar and ice, please.

I simple love the excellent flavor.

Every two months, I will order a few cartons of Horizon organic reduced fat milk. Tomorrow is the time I order a few cartons and also some sconce lighting

A blogging pal suggests that I set up a niche store selling wholesale health products.

But what should I sell? Weight loss programs, hair loss remedies, cellulite free solutions or organic foods?

I guess I must narrow down my choices first and concentrate on one particular niche. When it comes to niche blogs and stores, there are really tonnes of choices to choose and make money from.

Boost Immune System With Chinese Medicine & Nutritional Supplements July 18, 2008

My hubby has stopped doing foot reflexology treatment to my uncle for the time being. He wants to see how my uncle responses to the chemotherapy. My uncle hasn’t started his chemotherapy yet.

My uncle’s immune system is quite strong mainly because of his taking in some Chinese medicine and a branded nutritional supplement product. If they keep boosting his immune system, hubby doesn’t have to drive all the way to the city to do foot treatment to my uncle.

We are 2 hours’ drive away from my uncle’s place.

Besides I still have tons of health and compact flash articles to be submitted online. As for hubby, he was recently appointed as a local councilor in charge of his village. He must be around all the time, otherwise the villagers will start swearing.

Whenever I find that my energy level is low, I know it could be due to low iron levels. I normally boost my iron levels by eating red meat and dark green leafy vegetables.

Researchers at Cornell University asked a group of women to increase their iron intake and found that in just a month, they had enough energy to work out for 10% longer.
