I was told to buy chia seeds for hubby to try because they are said to be able to reduce the inflammatory effects of arthritis besides helping to prevent digestive and cardiovascular diseases.
It’s heartbreaking to see hubby suffer from inflammatory pains in his thighs, especially prior to rainy days.
Not being able to run or play basketball like he used to do adds more pain to his life.
Sigh, I wish chia seeds could help reduce the pains in his arthritic thighs!
Come on, my dear hubby is still not back yet! He is half an hour late already.
Well, I can’t blame him or be mad at him. I know he must be tied down by school work.
I am hungry now, dear.
After about a week living in this rented flat, hubby and I have lost a bit of weight.
The main reason is that it’s inconvenient to go to the food stalls or restaurants. As the stalls and restaurants are a bit far away, we don’t feel like going out.
To solve the meal problem, we eat whatever food we can find at home for breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I cook very simple meal. Rice and vegetable soup or rice and vegetable dish.
Now I really have to log off and do marketing at the nearby market. Yes, I walk there! Thank God I have a pair of comfortable mbt shoes.
Bye, see you later this afternoon or evening.
So, have you gained weight during Thanksgiving holiday weekend? Well, I haven’t put on any weight.
Wanna to know why I didn’t have weight gain even though I ate a lot during the holiday? Well, it’s because of the Apple Cider Vinegar
!
I started drinking ACV a week before Thanksgiving. During the holiday, especially after each heavy meal, I drank a glass of apple cider vinegar to burn fat.
What an ironic! Just as I thought my immune system was stronger, I am now down with a fever.
It’s a slight fever that I don’t feel tired or sickly at all. I can even help hubby pack and unpack his truck accessories.
Perhaps I should just forget that I am sick. Instead, keep telling myself that I am healthy.
And if possible, take more vitamins and drink more water.
Talking about water, it reminds me of drinking coconut water to bring down the body temperature. How could I have forgotten about this?
If you have a fever, try drinking coconut juice that works to bring down the fever. Of course, without sugar and ice, please.
