Urgh, I am so disappointed with the noodles I ate at a restaurant just now! The noodles looked very tasty, but noop.
If my Texas truck accident lawyer buddy had been here, he would have complained to the manager and then stormed out of the restaurant without footing the bill.
Did I finish the noodles? Of course I had to. >.<
I swear I will not frequent that restaurant anymore!
I can’t stand it anymore! I must check by phone to see if the doctor is in the clinic today.
Remember I told you that I had a bit runny nose and sore throat the other day? Till today, I still have runny nose.
I didn’t want to see a doctor a few days ago because I wanted my runny nose and sore throat to go away naturally without taking any antibiotics.
Oh, I miss the hot and spicy Thai rice! You know, I have restricted myself from hot and spicy food more than a week now because of my sickness.!
I was kind of pissed off that hubby didn’t want to go out for dinner this evening.
He said he was very exhausted after a day’s out with his friends.
I felt like eating Tom Yam fried rice tonight so much that I walked alone to the nearby foodstall to buy.
It’s drizzling while I was walking to the stall.
I have been craving for hot and spicy food these few days. A day before yesterday, I had spicy rice for dinner and yesterday I ate hot and spicy fried rice.
Tonight, I am thinking of eating curry noodle. I mean the traditional curry noodle which is served with steamed chicken slices, deep-fried taufu cubes and cockles. Mmm, yummy!
Or maybe I will eat curry chicken rice. A plate of curry chicken rice that comes with plain white rice.
Studies show that those who skip breakfast don’t perform as well, and eat more during the day.
That’s why I make sure that I eat breakfast daily. If I keep my body in starve mode, it’ll go only into saving mode, meaning it will store more energy – and fat !
Even if I haven’t got the time for a decent sit-down breakfast, there’s a range of healthy choices to help me get my day started. I can munch on a cereal bar and down it with a glass of Sunkist orange juice.
Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamins A, C, and E, potassium, folate, calcium, iron and thiamin. A cloudy looking juice with pulp is a good sign that it’s made 100% from oranges.
