Lose Some Weight Through Regular Exercise & Diet Pills July 19, 2009

Thanks to my regular exercise and diet pills that I have lost some weight.

I was able to squeeze into my L size jeans last night. It’s my guess that I can wear my M size pants very soon.

To encourage myself, I have taken all my M size pants and jeans out and placed them beside my bed. I am sure they will spur me to do exercise harder to lose a few more pounds.

My sisters will surely be surprised to see me slimmer again in September. Hahaha, they will be jealous of me. :-)
