Stress can be caused by different things such as work, life, emotions, and relationships and so on.

Although stress is part of our everyday life, there are things you can do to help you reduce stress.

One of the great ways to reduce stress is by helping others.

In the process of helping others, you may find answers to your problem that has caused you stress or you come to realize that your problem is actually very frivolous if compared to others’ dilemma.
