Hubby says if I really want to lose weight, mopping the wood flooring with a piece of cloth for half an hour is enough to burn lots of calories.
He doesn’t like me to lose weight with diet pills at all. He prefers me to opt for natural weight loss ways like doing exercise or cutting down on meals.
I don’t mind doing exercise or cutting down on meal to shed pounds and inches, But losing weight through mopping the floor or doing other household chores? Argh…
I hate housework!

On and off, I hear bad news about Patrick Swayze. There is always death news about him.
Just this morning, while comparing prices for a few cheap memory sticks online, a buddy called to confirm the news about Patrick’s imminent death.
She read it from The National Enquirer. Well, I heard a different story, though.
Patrick is having many positive things going on in his life right now. His pancreatic cancer is responding well to the new chemotherapy treatment; he has a brand new, twelve week old, Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Kumasai in his life; and he is starting work on his new book.
May Lord Jesus heal Patrick miraculously so that he is a healthy sexy man again.
I didn’t sleep well last night. I went to bed at 2 a.m. this morning and just as I began to drift into my sleep, I was awakened abruptly by my neighbor’s home alarm system!
It went off again. Yes, again. My neighbor’s alarm system goes off once in a while, but he never bothers to get it fixed.
It’s my hope that his home alarm system is struck dead by a strong flash of lightning or a heavy crash of thunder. 
This way, all residents in the area can sleep well.
Sometimes I am baffled as to why my neighbor needs an alarm system. He is not rich and the security in the housing area is good.
Back pain. Headache. Whats’ wrong with me?
After having a few days’ back pain and starting to feel better, I was struck with massive headache.
Today is the second day and I am still lying on bed because of the massive headache.
I just want to sleep and sleep until I fully recover from back pain and headache.
Poor Kelly Clarkson! She is called Fat Kelly Clarkson now.
