As a healthy mom, there is a need to be healthy financially as well. To reduce my credit card debt, I am doing everything I can to cut down on groceries, personal expenses and keylogger software spending.
One way to cut down on spending and expenses is through buying things at best deals. To stay updated with the latest best deals, I have become members of some reputable online stores.
Look at this Woman’s Cotton Lycra Legging Tights. I found it at the best deal section. It’s only $9.95.
I need many pairs of leggings because they are excellent for working out, yoga, pilates, around the house or even for layering.
They are basic but they are not cheaply made or lacking quality.

I love Horizon Organic Reduced Fat Milk, Chocolate, 8-Ounce Aseptic Cartons (Pack of 18) that has the shelf life of about 4 to 6 months.
When there is frequent power failure regularly in my small village due to thunderstorms, I don’t have to worry that I can’t make pancakes and eggs. At least a bowl of cereal is doable with this organic reduced fat milk.
I simple love the excellent flavor.
Every two months, I will order a few cartons of Horizon organic reduced fat milk. Tomorrow is the time I order a few cartons and also some sconce lighting
Don’t Skip Breakfast! Drink Orange Juice & Munch On A Cereal Bar October 24, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Food / Drinks , comments closedStudies show that those who skip breakfast don’t perform as well, and eat more during the day.
That’s why I make sure that I eat breakfast daily. If I keep my body in starve mode, it’ll go only into saving mode, meaning it will store more energy – and fat !
Even if I haven’t got the time for a decent sit-down breakfast, there’s a range of healthy choices to help me get my day started. I can munch on a cereal bar and down it with a glass of Sunkist orange juice.
Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamins A, C, and E, potassium, folate, calcium, iron and thiamin. A cloudy looking juice with pulp is a good sign that it’s made 100% from oranges.
Need More Bookshelves For Old Health Magazines October 24, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Magazine Subscriptions , comments closedI need a few more bookshelves for my health magazines. To be exact, old health magazines UK & US that I bought from a second bookstore.
With recent reduction in credit card spending limits, I find that there is an increase in the number of shoppers buying old magazines at the second hand bookstore. The bookstore agrees with my observation, too.
What about you? Have you cut down on your magazine subscriptions to save some bucks?
Forget The Coffee ! October 17, 2008

Do you find that sometimes a particular word has just temporarily slipped your mind and you just can’t get it out of your mouth ?
Coffee may be the cause. Coffee drinkers claim that a cuppa helps them stay alert but a study revealed that it might disrupt your short-term recall of specific words, the so-called “tip of the tongue syndrome”.
One researcher believes that alertness produced by caffeine happens as the result of closing down other pathways, one of which is the one which helps you recall certain words!
Need To Complete The List Of Black Friday Deals & Health Magazine UK Reviews October 16, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Money Matters , comments closedTonight, I am going to have to complete my list of Black Friday deals. I am really not sure when I will get my new computer fixed by my IT buddy.
If he can’t fix it tomorrow, I may not be able to finish some health magazine UK reviews as soon as I can.
Not being able to complete them fast means that I can’t get paid on time. This will result in late credit card payments, man.
