Live & Eat Simply To Avoid Cancer

On 19th of August, my beloved uncle left us. My aunt told me that my uncle passed on at 1.10 am.

My uncle is now with God. May he rest in peace and may God take care of him.

I am sad with the departure of my uncle. But I am also relieved that he doesn’t have to be in pains anymore. Do you know the pains that the cancer patients have to endure? You and I don’t know how painful it is.

Having seen how awful and powerful cancer can be, hubby and I have decided to live simply from now on. Simple life and meals. Try to avoid oily food, fried food and processed food.

I am now collecting some recipes on how to cook meals without putting oil or meat.

    Cancer and other related sicknesses are caused by our lifestyles. If we change our lifestyles, we get more fit and healthy. Today, more foods are being introduced to the market which are advertised to be healthy and good for the health but actually not. This is due to its excessive sugar contents and others contain high amount of preservatives. Preservatives are mixed in many foods to maintain its freshness and stretch the shelf life of the food a little longer for future consumption. But the effects of these chemicals in our health is but a bad news. Sugars, when they get to the blood stream, they saturate the blood so the person gets difficulty in breathing and eventually experience heart attacks. While preservatives do affect our brain cells and body in general causing us to feel dizzy.

    In order to live healthy, you must eat healthy. Healthy eating covers those green foods such as vegetables and a lot of fruits. Instead of having soft drinks during meals, drink water. This is more simple but way healthier.
