Water Eliminates Toxins & Helps In Losing Weight
I used to hate drinking 8 glasses of water every day. I guess it’s because the water is tasteless.
But now I love drinking plain water. The reason is simple. Water eliminates toxins from my body and thus speeds up my weight loss. After knowing the importance of water in helping me lose weight, I am more than willing to drink 8 glasses of water.
A word of caution, though. Don’t drink too much water in 1 sitting. It’s much better to just sip water throughout the day. Just get a 1 gallon jug or a water bottle and get sipping.
If you work requires you to be in front of fire pits, you need more than 8 glasses of water.
