Why Online Stores Must Have Live Chat Assistance July 26, 2008

Don’t you hate your carelessness when you find out that the online store that you bought the shower faucets or night renewal creams from doesn’t have any live chat assistance?

It happened to me once and from then on, the first thing I do when I reach an online mall or online store is to check if there is any live chat assistance. I will leave the online store the moment I find no live chat support. Even if the deals look attracting, I will not compromise.

An online store without live chat assistance is like a shop without a phone. Who has time to send an email complaining about a defective cream or lip plumper?
