Drug Addicts Need Long Term Recovery From Drug Addiction April 22, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Alternative Therapy / Treatments , comments closedMy neighbor opposite my house has been mumbling to himself most of the time. Sometimes I can hear him throw things in his house. Hubby says this neighbor may not live for another year.
Hubby knows because his own brother was a drug addict too. A year before he passed away, he was also mumbling to himself.
As far as I am concerned, this neighbor has been in and out of drug treatment centers a few times. I hope he can be sent into a drug rehab center that really helps him find long term recovery from the diseases of drug addiction.
Shower Chairs For The Handicap Or Disable Individuals April 20, 2008
Posted by Health Mama in : Healthy Gifts , comments closedAfter comparing a few shower chairs, hubby bought this shower chair for his buddy to use after he had surgery on his right hip. His buddy is a large person so hubby thought this would work for him.
The chair was assembled upon delivery, thus saved hubby time and hassle.
His buddy received it and uses it every day. He thinks this is a great product as it is very sturdy, stable and very comfortable to sit on. He uses it in the shower and in front of the mirror for shaving.
This shower chair is an excellent investment for handicap or disable individuals.

Posted by Health Mama in : Relieve Stress , comments closedStress is a silent killer. When you feel stressed out, try to listen to music. I used to hate music but only in recent years that I like to listen to music.
When I talk about music, I mean just pure music. Experts suggest that the best music for you to de-stress is classical music. For example music by Mozart or Beethoven.
You can listen to the music while driving, before and during sleep. Or during work if the environment allows. Now it’s even more convenient with portable MP3 players.
I bought my very first MP3 player while I was checking out some electronics at the departmental store a few months ago.
