Time To Pump Up The Iron February 19, 2008

Whenever I find that my energy level is low, I know it could be due to low iron levels. I normally boost my iron levels by eating red meat and dark green leafy vegetables.

Researchers at Cornell University asked a group of women to increase their iron intake and found that in just a month, they had enough energy to work out for 10% longer.
