What a toothbrush! Honestly, Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9400 Power Toothbrush really is awesome! It feels like a dentist visit every morning and night, and sometimes in between :)

The strength of this Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9400 Power Toothbrush is just amazing. It is a strong, forceful (but not harsh) clean.

I love the option of the 2 minute timer. It also has a “professional timer” which is also a 2 minute timer, but pulsates every 30 seconds to change quadrants of your mouth, to endure that you get the best possible clean.

Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9400 Power Toothbrush comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose! You won’t believe the feeling and the look of your teeth after only a few days of using this brush!

I love the Flossing head brushes! They are great!

My friends call them the hippie diapers for the color I suppose. I LOVE Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Diapers, Stage 1 (8-14 Lbs), Case of 224 Diapers, I have found that they are as absorbent as Huggies, which I switched from.

I tried these Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Diapers, Stage 1 (8-14 Lbs), Case of 224 Diapers because I was so impressed with the wipes from Seventh Gen. and am very pleased.

I am on my second shipment of Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Diapers, Stage 1 (8-14 Lbs), Case of 224 Diapers now with only one leak (this morning, my little one had the runs) I had a couple of the other brand left in my diaper bag and used them a couple weeks ago and my baby started in with a horrible rash that quickly went away when I was through the 2 I had left over of the other brand.

I can only speculate that it has something to do with chlorination and perfumes, but that is what I suspect, as that is the reason I started using their wipes.

Eight out of 10 uninsured Americans either work or are in working families. Being uninsured means going without needed care. Tragically, it also means that one significant medical expense can wipe out a family’s life savings.

Most working families don’t have to read the statistics to understand the extent of the problem of health care for families. We are living it every day when we or our children are sick, every payday when we see the huge premium deducted from our checks, and every bill-paying when we pay our out-of-pocket medical and drug expenses.

We need to be smart to find solutions for our family’s health care. Parents must take steps to protect their family’s health and cope with illness in the crisis state of health care in the U.S.

6 Simple Strategies To A Healthier You February 23, 2008

Making drastic changes to your lifestyle may put you on track to yet another failed attempt. Why not start with 6 simple strategies that slowly build up to a healthier you ?

1. Start Your Day with Breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicating or time-consuming. Unsweetened cereal, fruits and skimmed milk are simple choices that help to boost your energy levels, as compared to fatty foods which make you feel sluggish.

Besides, research has shown that regular breakfast eaters are at less risk of becoming obese and developing diabetes as compared to those who only eat breakfast twice a week.

2. Get into Action. Put some action into your life by choosing to increase your regular activity. Be creative. if you can’t seem to exercise regularly, take up an active hobby like dancing or yoga. You could also put more effort into housework, gardening, DIY activities or playing with your child. The more you exercise, the more energised you will feel.

3. Set Aside ‘ME’ Time. Stress, long working hours, and meeting the needs of a demanding family can wreck havoc on your physical and emotional well-being. Set aside at least 15 minutes each day for relaxation and to recharge. You could use that time to meditate, listen to music or take up a therapy like visualization or positive thinking.

4. Make a To-Do List. Do you often feel like there is never enough time in a day to do everything ? Make a to-do list so that you can prioritize what you set out to achieve each day. This gives you better time management as well. Be realistic with your daily tasks, after all, there are 24 hours in a day.

5. Drink Up. Keep a small bottle of water with you at all times so that you can take sips from it frequently. If you don’t like drinking plain water, add a squeeze of lemon or lime to it.

Besides keeping the body hydrated, and helping to flush out toxins, it also helps you to stay satiated and cut down on your calories consumption.

6. Get Sufficient Rest. Sleep is as important as good nutrition and exercise. Depriving your body of sufficient sleep can reduce your ability to function and feel good. Women are more likely to face sleep problems due to changes in their body such as menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause.

Take steps to ensure that your body gets enough rest such as taking short naps, and making healthy lifestyle choices that do not keep you awake at night.

How you begin your day can make or break the hours to come. Try these rituals for an enjoyable day ahead.

* Once your eyes pop open, stay in bed for a few minutes, or take a moment to meditate – studies show that it may bolster the immune system and lower stress. Visualize yourself having a great, and you will.

* Jump-start your muscles with stretching exercises. Arch your back, bend your waist or simply reach for the sky.

* Studies show that people are happiest when they are treated luxuriously – try a moisturizing shower gel that smells absolutely yummy and splurge on a plush towel.

* Avoid listening to the morning news – one study shows that bad news makes people anxious. Listen to your fave CD instead.
